As a Sales Associate with Perth Realty Group, Adam Caputo’s thirst for adventure brings a worldly aspect to his other passion: real estate. Since the impressionable age of 19, Adam has held a keen interest in property and investing, which has inspired him to forge a career in real estate since 2006.
Since initially starting out as a real estate agent with Roy Western, some of his achievements have included being a franchise owner and winning a 2023 REIWA award in the Five Million Dollar Club.
Adam attributes much of his success to his sense of integrity and honesty, “I’m not afraid to tell it like it is.” By applying transparency to his marketing strategy, he loves nothing more than helping families find a property for sale that suits their needs and desires. With aspirations of a clifftop dream home, preferably overlooking the ocean, Adam has a healthy appreciation of property wish lists.
In the meantime, Adam makes the most of Perth’s sensational coastline and Swan River by delving into our state’s plentiful outdoor activities. His sense of adventure has driven him to travel the world extensively, including a stint teaching sports to underprivileged kids in Milwaukee for Camp Counsellors USA (CCUSA), Australia’s summer camp and international work adventure specialist.
